I am an Igbo man from Njikoka, proud of my identity as a gay person. Living at the intersection of culture and queerness, I embrace both my heritage and my truth. Growing up in a community rich in traditions, I’ve learned to navigate the complexities of being queer in a society that often demands conformity. My journey is one of remembrance and rebellion, showing that being gay does not diminish my Igbo identity; it enriches it. I aim to inspire young queer individuals in my community, proving that they are not alone and that their identities are valid parts of our shared culture.

A VISIT TO ROME, ITALY

Rome is a city with many beautiful buildings, art, and Italian hospitality. We walked in the footsteps of emperors at the Colosseum, saw the greatness of the Vatican, and learned about the history and culture of Rome. But our trip was really about more than just famous places and things to see. It also meant learning new things. Each experience has left a lasting impression on our hearts.
